Leena Clausell joined Motive Partners at inception and is an Executive Assistant based out of the New York office. Leena brings over 30 years of administrative experience serving C-Suite executives. At Motive, Leena is responsible for managing the administrative duties of the Founder and Managing Partner and oversees the administrative team.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Leena was Executive Assistant to one of our co-founders, Stephen C. Daffron, while he was CEO of Interactive Data. Previously, she was Executive Assistant to the CEO of INTTRA and the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Northstar Travel Media. Leena has also worked for senior level management at ABN Amro, ING Barings (formerly Furman Selz), Sony Retail Entertainment (formerly Loews Theatres), and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
