Aly Milich joined Motive Partners in 2023 as an Associate on the Investment Team based out of the New York office. At Motive, Aly is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments as it relates to technology companies that enable the financial economy.

Prior to joining Motive, Aly was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in the Financial Institutions Group. Aly was a member of the team’s Fintech, Wealth, and Asset Management division, advising on a number of transactions across M&A, debt, and equity products. Previously, Aly also held positions at Citigroup in their Investment Banking division and at Sandler Capital Management covering general equities.

Aly earned a B.A. in Econometrics with a minor in Digital Arts from Dartmouth College, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
