Akshay Damania joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is an IT Analyst based out of the London Office. At Motive, Akshay is responsible for assisting with first and second line IT servicing for the London office.

Prior to joining Motive, Akshay was an IT Field Engineer at Core Technology. During his tenure, he provided onsite technical support to clients around the UK. Prior to this, Akshay worked at ITVET as an IT Support Engineer, where he provided IT support for over 100 clients across the UK. Previously, he worked at Shadowfax Technology as a Helpdesk Engineer, where he supported over 100 SME with their IT requirements.

Akshay began his career at CargoLogicAir as an Infrastructure Engineer, where he provided desktop support across the UK offices and progressed onto technical projects.
